	Internal operations analysis and solutions In our internal assessment we look at your systems and processes. We meet with staff and glean ideas from within about what is and what is not working. We look at Policy and Procedure manuals to see if they reflect the goals and operations of the business. Our goal is to collaborate with everyone involved to eliminate redundancy and increase internal satisfaction.

	Customer viewpoint analysis and solutions In this assessment we look at the business from a customer point of view. To do this we follow customer interaction from initial contact to resolution and perform a diagnostic test to see if there are any breakdowns along the way. We may survey customers and staff to gain further information. A review will be made of all facets of customer contact (phone conversations, website, marketing materials) to ensure the message you want to communicate is the one people are hearing.
